Congratulations on your decision to buy a home! During this exciting time, we’re here to guide you through the process and ensure everything goes smoothly and as expected. We look forward to working with you and helping you find the perfect home that’s unique to you!

Set Your Price Range & Get a Mortgage Pre-Approval

A home is a big investment and it’s important to determine what what you feel comfortable spending and what can you afford in order to set a price range. If you plan on financing, you will need to be pre-approved for a mortgage, and if you are not already working with a lender, we are happy to provide you with a list of names that we have successfully partnered with in the past.

Visit Multiple Properties

Once your method of payment is verified and approved, it’s time to start browsing homes! We are able to view several homes online that are tailored to you and your expectations by entering your criteria in our Multiple Listing Service. Upon deciding your favorites, we can then visit the select properties in person.

Make an Offer

Once you determine which will be your forever home, a Competitive Market Analysis is completed. This allows us to make an offer to the seller, and once agreed upon, Earnest Money will be submitted, held in escrow with the title company, and if you are using a lender, a formal loan application will be made.

Schedule a Home Inspection and Make Repairs

In addition to ordering an appraisal and survey, this will be the time during which inspections will be made to the home. Following the completed repairs and loan approval, closing documents will be prepared by the tite company.

After the papers are signed and the purchase is funded and recorded, your new home officially becomes yours and you’re given the keys! This is a momentous time in anyone’s life, and we’re proud to have been part of it! Congratulations!
